HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Our famous deal sealer…8-10 working day ship! That’s right, from the day you place your order and send your art, your finished custom embroidered apparel will ship from our factory in just 8-10 working days. Need it even faster? If you have a special rush situation that calls for even faster than 8-10 working days, don’t hesitate to call one of our friendly customer service representatives. Chances are we can work out whatever your delivery needs are. We care, and really want to make your event run smoothly, so don’t hesitate to call!
-No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday
-Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE I SEE?
All prices shown INCLUDE the embroidery charge in one location... (no matter the stitch count, no matter the size of garment) with the item selected. Shipping via UPS GROUND is also free on all orders, and there are NO setup charges! One easy, complete price. No need to guess how many stitches or what add-on charge to use for the embroidery process. The prices you see is all inclusive!
CAN I MIX DIFFERENT ITEMS/STYLES AND GET A TOTAL QUANTITY DISCOUNT FOR EACH ITEM?
Yes! It's our famous MIX & MATCH! MIX AND MATCH discounting only applies to orders with a total of 6 or more items . The more you purchase the greater the discount! Price includes item, embroidery for one location, setup and freight. **Price does not include 2nd embroidery or associated setup fees but can be added for an additional charge.**

IS SHIPPING FREE ON ALL OF MY ORDERS?
Yes! All standard orders include free shipping via UPS GROUND with our 8-10 day ship policy. Should you need a rush that requires shipping methods other than UPS GROUND, please contact a customer service rep at 866-382-1195. They will be happy to quote based on a faster than normal ship requirement, as well as expedited shipping methods you may require, such as by UPS AIR.
DO I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW MANY STITCHES ARE IN MY DESIGN?
Unlike the competition, don’t worry about the stitch count of your design! As long as it is for one location on standard locations such as the chest, sleeve or front of cap or bag, the price shown includes your design no matter how many stitches there are. No need for you to calculate! If you need multiple designs, or require a large back of garment design, please submit your design and information and we will inform you of an accurate quote.
ARE THERE MINIMUMS AND PRICE DISCOUNTS?
The discount per item increases as your quantity does! Consult the price chart on each product page. And we offer a super low minimum of just 3 pieces on all garment/bag items and just 12 piece minimums on headwear! Please note headwear must be ordered in increments of dozens.
WHAT IF I NEED XXL SIZES AND UP?
The price you see on each product chart INCLUDES garments that are even size XXL- XXXXXL!!!! Unlike our competitors, we don’t upcharge for larger garments. The price you see is the price, no matter the size!
WHAT IF I NEED A SECOND LOCATION OF EMBROIDERY?
No problem. Please contact your Touchstonethreads.com rep at 866-382-1195 and we will advise you on the extra charges. There will be a $25 setup fee only for your second logo, and we will advise on the additional embroidery charge. You can refer to the guide for the additional embroidery charge by clicking the "additional embroidery location" link on each product page.
HOW MANY THREAD COLORS MAY I USE IN MY DESIGN?
You may use up to 12 different thread colors in your design! We offer over 180 thread color choices (and counting) that won’t dampen your creativity compared to competitors that offer a small, restricted palette.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Texas.
CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT COLOR SCHEMES ON DIFFERENT COLOR ITEMS?
Yes, and there is no additional charge for multiple color schemes. Please make your specific notes on this request in the comments section of the product page before proceeding to adding the item to your cart.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEE AN ACTUAL EMBROIDERED ITEM BEFORE I PLACE AN ACTUAL ORDER?
No problem! You will be charged $75 for a setup fee and the 6 piece price level for the garment (or the 12 piece price level for a cap). Then, if you actually place at least a minimum order, we will waive the setup fee charge. If you do not place an order, we will charge the $75 setup fee plus the one piece selected. Please contact factory at 866-382-1195, and we will guide you through your sample request.
WILL I SEE A PROOF OF THE EMBROIDERY BEFORE MY ORDER IS RUN?
Yes, we will email you a digital embroidered proof for your approval before we begin your order. Please approve as soon as possible, so there will be no delay in shipping your order!
