Samples must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original order. Once the sample is received, we will issue you a credit for the full cost of the sample, excluding shipping charges. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered products unless the product or embroidery is defective. In the event that a product or embroidery is defective, please notify us in a timely manner, within 7 working days. You must have written email confirmation from a Touchstone Threads service representative, and a return authorization pickup number will be issued. We will either credit the the defective piece(s) or replace in full, per your request.
